　　朝比奈元子（桥本爱 饰）是一名在研究生院学习德语的女学生，因为个性内向，元子常常感到自己无法顺利的融入集体之中，并且为此而感到非常困扰。一天，教授榊郁夫（田中泯 饰）夸赞了元子的日语，令其如沐春风，从这一天起，元子开始留心起这位年迈但是温文尔雅的老教授，在他的身上，元子感受到了一股非常强烈的吸引力。
　　在参加集训的过程里，元子结识了田中莲（工藤阿须加 饰）和其爱慕者树里，这又是一段令人动容的虐恋。田中和树里的悲欢离合让元子决定将自己的心意向郁夫坦白。后者真的会接受这样一段注定不可能被世俗所接纳的感情吗？

该剧讲述了600年前，与李芳远携手争取王权联合创始人的元敬皇后的故事。车珠英饰演元敬皇后一角，是个充满欲望，嫉妒之人。

The twisted comedic sensibility of his stand-up is the core DNA of this series, where every story will unfold in a in a hilariously disturbing way only he could imagine.
