本作为2016年开播的"由新锐创作者们近乎忠实原著地影像化横沟正史推理作品"系列第四部。本次以《恶魔的降临节》《镜中女》《湖泥》三篇构成。自系列首作起便饰演金田一耕助的池松壮亮，其形象正逐渐贴近角色原著设定的实际年龄。

　　《打架吧鬼神》是一部爱情喜剧，围绕着一个能看见鬼神的主人公与鬼神共同居住在一个屋檐下而发生的爱情故事而展开……韩剧《打架吧鬼神》将于2016年7月登陆TVN月火剧场。
